My name is Carolina Gonzalez and I knew I wanted to be an artist since I knew what an artist was. I’m a full-time, self-representing artist. Though I don’t have any formal training I’ve been painting, sculpting OOAK dolls and making all kind of crafts all my life. I am also a tattoo and henna artist and I co-own Supra Monster Tattoo with my husband, who is a tattoo artist. As painting, tattooing is a complex skill that needs lots of patience and love, and something that changes both the tattooer and the tattooed. It has a lot of ritual and makes deep bonds with the person receiving the ink.
In this shop you will find my art prints. They are all scans or photographs of my original paintings and drawings. I like painting glimpses of my inner landscapes, like if they were doors to the subconscious. Sometimes the paintings become doors to others too – that is magic to me. I never chose it, I was chosen by it. I cannot live without painting and drawing. That is a blessing and a curse I must admit!
I am a complete old-school illustrator: I make sketch, then make drawing, then scan. The only digital editing is adjusting the colours as close as possible to the original piece. I have nothing against digital art (or against any other form of art!), it’s just the way I work. I like doing everything by hand.
At this moment I am running the Supra Monster Studio(click to go to my new blog) and sell my prints online. You can find my print shops at Etsy or Dawanda.

hola chica! i found your blog from amanda’s “pandora’s button box’ and i really like it a lot! it has so many things that i like too…frida, roses and pink! and we just came off three days of no power, so i used lots of matches lighting candles and fireplace, etc. and saved the boxes to make…matchbox shrines!
LOL that’s quite a few coincidences! I’m glad you liked it. Your blog is already on my blogroll and I will be checking frequently! Thanks a lot for your sweet comments!
Your work is breathtaking. Love it! Will you have so rings available for sale thru your website?
i’ve already commented on the forum bellaonlineforums about your amazing pieces! im truely inspired. i dont read blogs very much as i find reading on the net straining at times. i found your blog to be hugely interesting and will be following your blog like a groupie! lol stunning pieces. i will never get that good! im going to experiment!
please post some wire tutorials!!
Thanks a lot Evie for your wonderful comments! Please feel free to email me with any questions you have at cosmicbaron@hotmail.com. Do you have a website or photo album online where I can see your work?
This is not the first time I’ve visited your website. I do this at work during my lunch hour so I’m a little limited in time going thru your website. I must say, you ave VERY busy. The website alone is enough to make my head swim. While I’m coming up for air, do you have any tutorials (to purchase or otherwise) on your wire techniques? I’m facinated by faces and love your necklaces incorporating faces. The ones I have collected are cabs and would love to know how you wrap them so as to not hide much of the face! I’m also looking for ring tutorials. If you have anything, can you direct me where they are on your website? If not, please put me on a mailing list when you do start tutorials!
Admire your creativity!! Love all your work!
Cindy

Hey, I really love old retro stuff and vintage furniture is one of my favorites. The old stuff was made well and lasts, not like the new cheap stuff.
Hi, I’m so excited to write to you personally seeing as how I’m such a huge fan of your website. My name is Courtney Peldon and I recently started a line called Charmed Jewelry and it is truly jewelry with a purpose.
I officially started the line once I graduated college and found that I enjoyed keeping busy while in between film and television projects or when you have a lot of down time on a set. I’d always made jewelry the same way, by cleansing it over water, earth, and fire in a specific fashion to rid it of any previous energy, starting when I was very young and would give it away to friends and family. I always thought it was funny how the people I made things for would come back to me and say that ever since they started wearing my necklaces/bracelets/anklet/etc. good things started to happen in their lives. Whether it was finding love, getting a job, or just feelings of positivity, I realized that when someone has the opportunity to imprint their hopes and desires onto various metals and crystals, they could literally draw good things to themselves. By creating my Charmed Jewelry - Journey Collection, I now can offer the wearer a “hands on” experience in helping to shape their own destiny.
I have been working as an actress since I was 3 years old. Just to give you a little background information, I spent 3 seasons as Jonathan Taylor Thomas’s girlfriend on the ABC series “Home Improvement” and moved on from there to the FOX drama “Boston Public” for another 3 years. I’ve been fortunate to do a lot of other television work on shows over the years like “That 70s Show”, “3rd Rock From the Sun”, “Entourage”, “Star Trek – Deep Space 9″, and “The Pretender” to name a few. I’m also happy to say that I’ve enjoyed a busy film career, most recently completing the horror movie “Mortuary” directed by Tobe Hooper (Poltergeist), the romantic comedy “National Lampoon’s Adam & Eve,” and the upcoming sci-fi drama “InAlienable” which was written and produced by Walter Koenig (Star Trek). I’m also set to start filming the “2001 Maniacs” horror/comedy sequel this summer.
I would be so honored to be considered for a mention or review on your website and I’d be more than happy to send you some press clippings (an article in the L.A. Business Jounral, for example), links to press, a short biography, and links to my websites so you can see all that I’ve been up to. Please let me know if you are interested at your earliest convenience.
Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day.
Respectfully,
Courtney Peldon
